Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fridamaniacs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer USPS domestic and international first class shipping and a tracking number is provided to each order for your convenience. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are NOT liable for lost, held, marked as "delivered," mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We'll be happy to assist you.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
