Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all regular priced items.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
• To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original new condition (unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging).
• Provide proof of purchase. We offer our products on different platforms and therefore, in order to quickly and efficiently identify, verify and process your request, you must provide us with the receipt number or order number next to the name of the platform where you purchased your product(s). ) whether it is our store's website, Facebook, Instagram, Pay Pal, WhatsApp, Shop, or other).

Shipping Fees:
• Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, the buyer is responsible for all related shipping fees.
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Authorized Returns:
• If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or Personalized Orders.
• Earrings/Body Piercings (for health/hygiene reasons).
• Gift Cards
• Items on sale and items marked "as is" condition are final sale.
Damages and Issues:
• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items Not as Described/Wrong Item Delivered Issues:
We take the accuracy of our product descriptions seriously. Our team meticulously inspects each case, requiring proof of significant discrepancies in design, shape, color, and more, compared to the item description.
Please keep in mind that some of our products are handmade, and variations in color, size, and texture are inherent. As each handmade piece is unique, no two are identical. We advise reviewing any disclaimers in the item description beforehand.
In the rare instance of receiving the wrong item, rest assured we will evaluate the situation thoroughly and ensure it's promptly rectified.
Exchanges:
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you simply want to change the color, style, size of the product you bought and it is the same price, it is not necessary to make another purchase. We will assist you throughout this process.
Refunds:
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable if the return was not due to an error on seller part or if the return was declined.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fridamaniacs@gmail.com.
European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period:
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
